Online Yoga and Meditation

Hello everyone,

At this time of international anxiety and uncertainty it is all the more necessary for us to look after one another and ourselves in our own particular way. Completely aside from the existential concerns, the breakdown of some people’s normal routines has caused their established boundaries and coping mechanisms to fall apart. However, this current crisis can also be an opportunity to re-examine our sense of purpose and strengthen our connections to others and ourselves.

Due to the government’s guidelines on social distancing, I have moved my Yoga classes and Psychotherapy sessions online. If you wish to have more information please Contact me my online classes are:

Mondays: 6:30-7:00 meditation, 7:30:-8:30 Vinyasa
Tuesdays: 8:30-9:30 Vinyasa, 18:00-19:00 Hatha
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:00 meditation, 7:30-8:30 Vinyasa, 12:00-13:00 Hatha
Thursdays: 7:00-8:00 Vinyasa
Fridays: 6:30-7:00 meditation, 7:30-8:30 Vinyasa
Saturdays: 8:30-9:00 meditation, 9:15-10:15 Vinyasa, 10:30-11:30 Hatha
