Yoga classes in London
I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and have been teaching since 1999. I originally trained with Shakti Mhi of the Prana Yoga Teacher college in Vancouver, Canada. I could list all the people that I have trained with but I have learned more from my students and my own practice than from any other single person. Name dropping is odious anyway.
My Hatha classes typically begin with breath work and progress to a balanced flow of postures and they always end with relaxation techniques. I try to adjust the attention of the individual in order for them to adjust their posture, rather than just pushing people into postures.
Vinyasa Yoga is about moving with the breath, it is generally more challenging than Hatha Yoga and combines strength with mobility.
I am currently a senior Yoga instructor at Third Space and exclusive to their gyms. I hope to see you there!
