Greenwich Fitness and Pilates 225 Greenwich High Road, Greenwich, SE10 8NB Developing a personal Yoga practice is a great challenge, many people feel unskilled when they go to practice on their own or find their distractions are too many to allow them to find peace. It is necessary to make a connection with ones inner teacher and to see that such difficulties are as much a part of the Yoga practice as mountains are to mountain climbing.
The focus of this workshop will be to empower participants to begin a personal practice that best fits their needs. We will look at the effects of various postures and how to construct a personal sequence. Additionally, we will discuss the most common problems in self practice, including:
• Not having enough time
• Lacking confidence
• Loosing focus
